NetAnalyzer
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what stays on your device, what data is sent when you run a diagnostic, and how advertising and external services use that data.
Last updated:
Scope
This policy explains how Vamosnet Co., Ltd. handles information when you use the NetAnalyzer iOS App.
It covers the App's local data, permissions, network requests, advertising, purchases, and the website's language preference. Third-party services are governed by their own policies.
Data stored on your device
You do not need an account to use NetAnalyzer. iOS stores diagnostic history and preferences primarily on your device.
Vamosnet does not operate a server that receives or stores this history. However, another app or anyone using your unlocked device may still see information displayed by NetAnalyzer.
- Query history, including targets and returned results for supported tools.
- Speed-test and latency-monitor history, target lists, and related measurements.
- App preferences such as appearance and Bluetooth analysis calibration settings.
Device permissions
NetAnalyzer asks for an iOS permission only when a feature needs it. You can deny access or change it later in iOS Settings. If you deny access, some information may not appear and related features may not work.
- Location While Using the App: iOS needs location and precise location permission to read the current Wi-Fi SSID and BSSID. NetAnalyzer does not use this permission to build a location history.
- Local Network: used to discover and test devices on the network you are connected to.
- Bluetooth: used to passively read nearby BLE advertisements for signal analysis. NetAnalyzer does not connect, pair, or write to those devices.
Network requests you initiate
A network diagnostic has to connect to its test target. A host you choose may receive your IP address, the request time, and the data needed to complete that protocol.
You control the targets and request content. Use NetAnalyzer only on systems and networks you are authorized to test.
- When you use Ping, DNS, Whois, HTTP, Port Scan, Traceroute, SSL, or blacklist checks, the App sends the target address and protocol data needed to run the test.
- HTTP Request sends the URL, method, headers, and body you enter to the destination host. Include confidential data only when you trust that host and connection.
- Local network and Bluetooth scan results are used only to show nearby devices or BLE information. They are not sent to Vamosnet.
Third-party services and advertising
Some NetAnalyzer features are provided through external services. These services receive the request and connection data needed to produce a result, then process it under their own privacy policies.
These providers decide how they retain and use data, and Vamosnet cannot control those decisions. If this matters to you, review each service current privacy policy before using the related feature.
- Google Mobile Ads may receive an IP address, approximate location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction, performance, and diagnostic data to show ads and measure their performance. The App stops showing ads after you upgrade to Pro.
- Cloudflare Speed Test receives transfer requests and connection metadata required to measure latency, download, and upload performance.
- IPinfo and ipapi receive your connection IP or an IP you submit to return public network and approximate geolocation data.
- When NetAnalyzer loads a flag from flagcdn.com, that service receives an image request containing the country code. Apple handles App Store distribution, purchases, and related platform services.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple., including Apple Account, payment method, billing, and transaction records. Apple terms and privacy policy apply.
NetAnalyzer receives only the product and purchase status needed to confirm whether Pro is unlocked. Vamosnet does not receive full credit card or bank details.
Retention and deletion
Diagnostic history stays on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the App data, or remove the App. iOS may also clear temporary files and caches automatically. Apple and third-party services retain data under their own policies.
To remove data stored on your device by NetAnalyzer, delete the related history in the App or remove the App. Send requests about data stored by a third-party service directly to that provider.
Security
NetAnalyzer uses platform APIs provided by Apple. The listed external diagnostic services use HTTPS when they support it. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and you can also choose an unencrypted endpoint when running an HTTP test.
Protect your device passcode and avoid sending passwords, access tokens, private hostnames, or other sensitive content to a destination you do not trust.
Children's privacy
NetAnalyzer is a general network utility, not an app designed for children. Vamosnet does not knowingly create profiles of children or collect their diagnostic history. Advertising providers have their own age and privacy requirements.
International processing
Third-party services may process data in another country or region under their own privacy policies and local safeguards. When you use a related feature, the data needed to complete the request may be sent to the locations where those services operate.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law where you live, you may have the right to ask about, access, correct, or delete personal data, or to restrict how a business uses it. Vamosnet does not provide user accounts or store remote diagnostic history, so we may not have enough data to identify you or respond to a request.
To exercise these rights, use the contact details below. We may need more information to confirm your identity and understand the request. Contact Apple, Google, or another provider directly about data they control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when NetAnalyzer, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will post the new version on this page and update the date. Material changes may also be explained in the App or on its store listing.
